Rick excels in strategic planning and draws his strengths from his eclectic background in Marketing and Events which includes career expos, new age/spiritual events and tech events. Also, he worked on festivals, concerts and other entertainment events while at TicketWeb/Live Nation. As a former Director of Operations for a yoga and wellness company, he managed their Direct Marketing and moved their catalog mail order business to a web-based business. He enjoys surfing, art, live music, and learning about different cultures, which helps create the best experience for his clients.

Vanessa is passionate about Marketing and Events. With over 20 years in Experiential Marketing,  she has worked at corporations like Oracle, Salesforce, VMware and Facebook to name a few. “I’m a total geek when it comes to events -- I get inspiration from B-2-C events like Comic-con or Outside Lands Festival and ideate on how the experience can be translated to a B-2-B event, in a hybrid setting (virtual and limited in-person).
